Dear Twisted Family, Friends and Supporters,
Thanks to your generous donations The Secret Society Of Twisted Storytellers® will host its first ever virtual storytelling show "Black Men Count" in partnership with DTE Foundation! The show will stream live free on Friday, June 19, 2020, 7:15 PM EST, via The Secret Society Of Twisted Storytellers' Facebook page and Youtube channel.
Storyteller, Maxie Jones will tell a personal story on the theme. Special guests Jacob R. Walker of DTE Foundation, Allante D. Steele of WHGLN® and Eric S. Thomas, Chief Storyteller for the City of Detroit will share their experiences through a dynamic exchange. Attendees will be encouraged to participate and engage. Pre-show with DJ and Virtual Director, Stacey Hotwaxx Hale. Satori Shakoor will host the evening.
